Meet Our Traveling Companions
Tiny travelers. Big ideas.
Meet Rahi and Hestia, two little travelers who help us explore some pretty big ideas about curiosity, connection, and belonging.
Their names were chosen with a little intention, too.
Rahi is a name associated with a traveler, wayfarer, or one who journeys, a perfect fit for someone who's always ready to discover what might be around the next corner. Rahi reminds us to meet the world with wonder: to ask questions, try something new, explore another culture, and stay open to perspectives beyond our own.
Hestia takes her name from the ancient Greek goddess of the hearth and home, a symbol of warmth, welcome, and the place where people gather. Hestia reminds us to make room for someone: to welcome others, listen to their stories, notice who might be left out, and help create spaces where people know they belong.
Together, they represent two important parts of the Journey to Belonging story: having the curiosity to step beyond what we know and creating the welcome that invites others in.
You'll find Rahi and Hestia popping up throughout the Journey to Belonging community, exploring new places, learning new things, meeting new people, and reminding us that building belonging can begin with something small.
